Both a wireless microphone and the wired microphone are in the wall-mounted metal box with the audio equipment in the main room. If the wireless microphone does not seem to work, unscrew the bottom cover to access the battery and make certain the battery is connected. Spare 9-Volt batteries can be found in the audio control box. Also check the settings on the amp.
