The resort offers guest rooms in the Mountain Inn and two adjacent buildings. The Mountain Inn is close to shopping, The Copper Mine Bistro, The Edge Restaurant, Discovery Ridge Adventure Center, The Market, and ski slopes.
The property owners of the 1,200 condominium and townhouse units on Wintergreen mountain are members of the Wintergreen Property Owners Association. Besides paying the same annual assessment as stand-alone homes, most of these owners also pay regular dues for upkeep of their property.
About parking: Condominium owners impacted by resort guest parking during ski season should contact their association manager regarding parking passes for their guests. This will allow them parking within their condo parking lots.
Fire safety: Virginia fire safety codes prohibit the use of propane and charcoal grills on or near any deck, patio or balcony in a multi-family, multi-story dwelling. Only electric grills are allowed.
All Wintergreen property owners have the opportunity to partner with Wintergreen Resort to make their condominiums and homes available for short-term rental through the resort's reservation system. Learn more
