Vehicle Decals are Useful

The numbers on the decal identify the property where the vehicle belongs. If there is a problem with a property owner's truck or car on WPOA property, the unique number on a property owner's vehicle can help WPOA more quickly contact the owner at Wintergreen. Vehicles with decals at Wintergreen fishing spots are assumed to be property owners.

During ski season and special events at Wintergreen, a property owners' decal on a car can move it through the traffic of visitors more quickly, helping tell parking attendants and police that the driver is not a tourist. The decals can sometimes be helpful in solving parking issues.

Property owners can obtain details for their vehicles at the WPOA office. Decals should be placed on the front driver-side bumper.

Decal numbers remain the same as long as the owner has property at Wintergreen. All property owners are initially provided decals for two vehicles at no cost. Additional details or replacements are $5 each.
